During this difficult period of emergency, the Hotel Splendid in Diano Marina is committed to intensifying and improving our sanitation procedures both for the individual rooms and the common areas, in order to offer and guarantee all guests a worry-free stay.
We have trained our staff, equipping them with all the safety devices required to carry out their work safely.
Each day the body temperature will be measured for all our staff and if it exceeds 37.5 ° the worker will not be allowed access to the hotel.
Our rooms
Our staff has been highly trained to be able to sanitize all surfaces in the room using specific products and following the recommendations of the WHO.
Furthermore, the air conditioning system has been adapted to the new regulations.
At each check out, the room will be subjected to complete sanitation of all furnishings and accessories and will be delivered to new guests respecting all the hygienic-sanitary measures, in order to spend their stay in complete tranquility.
Common areas
Upon your arrival, our staff will measure the body temperature of each guest which must be below 37.5 °. The reception staff will welcome you behind a plexiglass protection and wear their own PPE. In some areas inside the hotel you will find workstations equipped with hand sanitizer.
Guests must always and compulsorily wear their own mask in the internal areas, which in any case will be constantly ventilated while, in the external areas (garden, solarium, swimming pool), the mask must be worn when moving and when it is not possible to keep the distance safety (1 meter).
Sanitation is guaranteed several times a day with particular attention to the surfaces touched more frequently (handles, switches, keyboards and push-button panels). In some areas, access could be regularized and restricted
